Privacy policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

This policy explains what diasplatform ("we," "us"), operated by Dias Platform Company, collects through diasplatform.com and the diasplatform application, and how it's used. It covers two kinds of information: information about you as a visitor or customer, and information within the contact lists our customers use the platform to email.

Information we collect

Account and billing information. When you sign up, we collect your business name, contact name, email, phone number, and mailing address. Payment is handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we don't receive or store your full card number.

Contact data you upload. If you use diasplatform to send email marketing, the contact lists you import or add (email addresses, names, phone numbers, and any other fields or labels you include) are stored so the platform can validate and send to them on your behalf. For that data, you are the one responsible for having the right to email those contacts — we process it as your service provider, not as its owner.

Delivery and engagement data. Sending a campaign generates delivery events — opens, clicks, bounces, and complaints — reported to us by Amazon SES, which we use to keep sending healthy and to suppress addresses that bounce or complain.

Contact form submissions. If you message us through the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email, and message you provide, solely to respond to you.

How we use it

  • To operate the platform: validating contacts, sending and pacing campaigns, and suppressing addresses that bounce, complain, or unsubscribe.
  • To bill for subscriptions and paid features, through Stripe.
  • To respond to support requests and messages sent through our contact form.
  • To send you service-related notices about your account.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use the contact lists our customers upload for any purpose other than providing the service to that customer.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, each of whom only processes what they need to do their part:

  • Supabase — database hosting and account authentication.
  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) — sending campaign email and reporting delivery events.
  • Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
  • ZeroBounce — real-time mailbox verification, only for the addresses a customer chooses to run through premium validation.

Cookies

This marketing website does not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies. The diasplatform application uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session — nothing used for tracking or advertising.

Data retention

We keep account and contact data for as long as your account is active, or as long as needed to provide the service. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we'll remove or anonymize it, except where we need to retain something briefly for legitimate business or legal reasons (for example, payment records).

Unsubscribing and suppression

Every campaign sent through diasplatform includes a way to unsubscribe. Once an address unsubscribes, bounces, or complains, it's suppressed platform-wide from future sends for that account — automatically, not something a customer has to remember to do by hand.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (below). If your information is part of a contact list uploaded by one of our customers, the best first step is usually to contact that business directly, since they control that list — we're glad to help facilitate a request either way.

Security

Data in transit to and from diasplatform is encrypted (TLS). We limit access to customer data to what's needed to operate and support the platform.

Changes to this policy

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. Continued use of diasplatform after a change means you accept the updated policy.
